This license terminates when you delete your content or account.

7. Intellectual Property

- Have any affiliation with retailers unless stated
Product availability, pricing, and sizing are determined by the respective retailers.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:
- Accuracy of virtual try-on results
- Accuracy of size recommendations
- Continuous, uninterrupted access to the Service
- Fitness for any particular purpose
Virtual try-on results are approximations and may not perfectly represent how items will look in real life. Size recommendations are suggestions based on available data and may not guarantee proper fit.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FITCHECKS.AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
- Purchases made based on virtual try-on results
- Any damages exceeding the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FitChecks.ai from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Content you upload to the Service
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Engage in fraudulent activity
- Abuse the Service or other users
You may terminate your account at any time by requesting deletion through our Support page. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
13. Changes to Terms
